Hotel Calmo Bugis Singapore

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the city, surrounded by bustling streets and plenty of attractions nearby. The cozy and clean room provided us with a comfortable sanctuary after long days of exploring. The friendly receptionist went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs. We were impressed by the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary bottled water, coffee, and toiletries. Plus, the luggage area was a lifesaver, allowing us to conveniently explore the city before check-in.

It would have been more convenient if cashless payment options were available for the deposit, or if we had been informed in advance about the cash deposit requirement.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Calmo Bugis. The location was superb, with easy access to the NE line and popular shopping destinations like Bugis Junction and Raffles City. The surrounding area also offered a plethora of food options. Despite a minor hiccup during check-in, the service was good, and the staff eventually became more accommodating. The room itself was comfortable and clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

While the room was comfortable, it could have benefited from a bit more color and improved lighting. a full-length mirror would have been useful.

The staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room, including the two queen beds, were just what I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location near many dessert shops was a delightful surprise!

The hotel facilities were great, with freebies like bottled water, shampoo, toothbrush, and more provided. The location was perfect, being close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the popular Bugis area.

Can't fault the hotel in any way. The hotel exceeded my expectations, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
